Had an amazing experience buying from Switchback. Our salesman was Wyatt and he was honest, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. That being said the whole team there from parts, finance, and service departments were all friendly and on top of things. Just a great vibe right through the doors. They asked how they could make it a deal we were happy with and they delivered with zero BS. From past bad experiences from other dealerships, this was a breath of fresh air. We are not local but will gladly make the drive again for any other needs or services.

The absolute best experience we ever had with any kind of dealer!!! Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly . Prices were good. Pleasant experience all the way around. They asked what would make us happy with the deal as far as financing and payments and worked very hard to get us what we asked for. Most places , if you say $300 payment they come back with $500 . I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy your outdoor power sport toys ! Wyatt was our sales guy and was very knowledgeable. But everyone we talked to was amazing . Financial department was great also !

These guys were all great to work with. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. We bought two new snowmobiles and had a great experience with them. Joe was our sales guy, Chad helped with the financing, and Liz got us some upgraded parts. All of them were great!! They are the kind of people you hope to work with when making a purchase. We don’t live in the area, but will definitely be back for any future needs.

We purchased a 2014 Polaris 800 from a private party, it didn’t come with a snow plow. I came in and visited with Brennen/Liz & Tanner. Brennen & Tanner helped me decide which plow and setup would work for me. I had Switchback install the plow setup and had them go through everything to make sure it was ready for winter, Tanner called and said the oil and filters should be changed so I had that done. My wife and I are very pleased with the way we were treated. Thanks, Switchback will continue to receive our business.
